Duplicate, Archive, or Restore a Public Page (Coming Soon)
Public pages are currently being beta tested.
To duplicate a public page:
- Open the page you want to duplicate. On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the page you want to duplicate.
- Duplicate the page. Click "More" in the upper right-hand corner, then choose "Duplicate" from the drop-down menu. This automatically opens the edit page for the new, duplicated page.
- Edit, save, and assign.
To archive a public page:
- Open the page you want to archive. On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the page you want to archive.
- Archive the page. Click "More" in the upper right-hand corner, then choose "Archive" from the drop-down menu. This will bring you back to the list of your public pages.
To restore an archived public page:
- Open the archive. On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on "view archive" in the upper right-hand corner.
- Open the page you want to restore. Click on the name of the page in the archive list.
- Click to restore the page. At the top of the page is a note that says: "This public page is archived. Restore it to make it available again." Click on "Restore it" to un-archive the page.
