Duplicate, Archive, or Restore a Public Page (Coming Soon)

Public pages are currently being beta tested.


To duplicate a public page:

  1. Open the page you want to duplicate. On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the page you want to duplicate.
  2. Duplicate the page. Click "More" in the upper right-hand corner, then choose "Duplicate" from the drop-down menu. This automatically opens the edit page for the new, duplicated page.
  3. Edit, save, and assign.

To archive a public page:

  1. Open the page you want to archive. On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the page you want to archive.
  2. Archive the page. Click "More" in the upper right-hand corner, then choose "Archive" from the drop-down menu. This will bring you back to the list of your public pages.

To restore an archived public page:

  1. Open the archive.  On the setup tab, click "Public Pages" in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on "view archive" in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Open the page you want to restore. Click on the name of the page in the archive list.
  3. Click to restore the page. At the top of the page is a note that says: "This public page is archived. Restore it to make it available again." Click on "Restore it" to un-archive the page.
