Export Tickets

To export or download a ticket:

  1. Open the Tickets tab and locate the ticket you want to download in your OrangeQC account.
  2. Click to open the ticket details, then select 'Export' in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Check the boxes for any additional elements you'd like the download to include, such as any comments that have been left on the ticket, a box for adding comments to the document, and a signature line if those apply to how you're using the PDF.

You can also export multiple tickets at one time directly from the Ticket inbox using the "Export" button in the upper right-hand corner.
