Welcome to OrangeQC! You’ll be using our mobile app to complete checklists.

Step 1: Logging In

To start using OrangeQC:

  1. Download the mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Log into your account on the app.
  3. Allow location services and notifications.

Step 2: Completing Checklists

  1. Tap the Inspections tab.
  2. Find the area you are servicing.
  3. Tap the right form in the Checklists section.
  4. Check off each line item as you complete it.
  5. Tap the three-dot icon to the right of each line item to take a photo, add a comment, or choose a photo from your device's saved photos. (Tip: Photos added from your photo library or camera roll will be tagged that way.)
  6. When you're done, tap "Submit" at the bottom of the checklist.

Keep your app up to date.

We're always working to improve our apps. Keeping your app updated ensures you get all of the latest updates, from bug fixes to new features.

If you have automatic updates turned on for your device, these should come through without any action on your part.


Turn on notifications (iOS only).

Notifications give you a heads up when a ticket is assigned to you, or to an area you have responsibility for. On iOS, you can tap these notifications to jump straight to the ticket, saving time searching.

We won't spam you with unnecessary notifications.

The first time you open OrangeQC, it will prompt you to allow notifications. If you want to adjust your settings after that:

  1. Open Settings on your Apple device.
  2. Scroll down to find OrangeQC in the list of your apps. Tap it to open the settings menu for OrangeQC.
  3. Tap "Notifications." On this screen, you can toggle notifications on or off, as well as adjusting how they appear.
