Download the iOS App

Your device will need to be running iOS 15 or higher. You can download the latest version of iOS by going to Settings > General > Software update.

We support all modern iPhones and iPads, including any device that Apple is currently selling in the Apple Store. Looking for a new device? If you are debating between an Apple or Android device, we strongly recommend Apple devices.

Download Android App

We recommend keeping your OS updated, as well as allowing automatic updates for the OrangeQC app. This will ensure you can get the latest bug fixes and updates.

Signing Into the App

When you sign in you will need:
  • Account name: This is the part that comes before ".orangeqc.com" when you visit your OrangeQC website in your browser. For example, if you log in to "https://myaccount.orangeqc.com," then your account name is "myaccount.”
  • Username: This is the name you use to log in to OrangeQC on from your browser.
  • Password: This is the the password you use to log in to OrangeQC from your browser.
