QR Code Formats and Recommendations
If your team is using visit tracking or setting up shortcuts to inspections, you will want to print out your QR codes. (Find steps for setting up visit tracking from QR codes here.)
Which Avery formats does OrangeQC support?
OrangeQC QR codes print onto specific Avery labels, depending on the format you choose.
- The 2"x4" format (10 QR codes per sheet) prints onto Avery Template 8163 labels.
- The 1"x1" format (48 QR codes per sheet, designed for door jambs) prints onto Avery Presta® 94103 labels.
What are the best labels for durability in harsh conditions?
We recommend choosing UltraDuty® White Film as the material type if your labels will be in a high-traffic area or exposed to weather or chemicals.
For the highest durability, you can have the QR codes etched into acrylic or metal signage.
What should I consider for printing?
The material you select will affect laser and ink jet printer options. In general, we recommend laser printing, which is typically the only supported option for printing on more durable materials.
