Create a Ticket from a Flagged Inspection

If inspectors find problems that need to be resolved, they can automatically generate a ticket based on the inspection results.

At the bottom of the inspection form (either on your mobile device or via the website), you can check the box to “flag” the ticket. Here’s how it looks on mobile

This will create a flagged ticket with the inspection results and comments.
