Mark a Line Item as Not Applicable
You can mark an inspection line item as Not Applicable (N/A) so it does not count toward your overall score. When you remove a line item from an inspection, it’s only removed from that instance of the inspection; the next time you perform the inspection, all the line items will still be there.
On an iOS Device
- Begin performing an inspection
- Tap the three-dot action icon to see a list of additional actions
- Tap the "Not Applicable" option and confirm the removal
- This line item will be removed from this particular inspection.
On an Android Device
- Begin performing an inspection on your Android device
- Press the three-dot action icon to see a list of additional actions
- Press the Not Applicable option and confirm the removal
- This line item will be removed from this particular inspection.
On the Web
When performing an inspection, click the "N/A" button on the right-hand side of the item. You’ll see a pop-up appear; click “OK.”
