Set Up Mobile Ticket Access for Non-Inspectors

You can now allow users who aren’t inspectors to use the OrangeQC ticket system with the mobile app (iOS and Android). This feature is currently only available on the Standard and Premium plans.

To turn this feature on:
  1. Go to your account settings: Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then select "Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.
  2. Pull up Features: Click “Features” in the left-hand sidebar. On the Features page, check the box for “Mobile Ticket Access.”
