Set Up Mobile Ticket Access for Non-Inspectors

If you need other team members to view tickets within your account, you can enable Mobile Ticket Access.

To enable this feature for your team's account:
  1. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on "Account Settings" in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on "Features" in the left-hand sidebar.
  4. Check the box for "Mobile ticket access for non-inspectors."
  5. Click "Save."

Each user needs permission to be able to access or create tickets. To add this permission:

  1. Click on the People tab.
  2. Find the name of the user who needs ticket access and click to open their profile.
  3. Under "Permissions," check the boxes for all ticket-related features this person needs to access.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save."
