Set Up Mobile Ticket Access for Non-Inspectors
If you need other team members to view tickets within your account, you can enable Mobile Ticket Access.
To enable this feature for your team's account:
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on "Account Settings" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Features" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Check the box for "Mobile ticket access for non-inspectors."
- Click "Save."
Each user needs permission to be able to access or create tickets. To add this permission:
- Click on the People tab.
- Find the name of the user who needs ticket access and click to open their profile.
- Under "Permissions," check the boxes for all ticket-related features this person needs to access.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Save."
