Set Up Mobile Ticket Access for Non-Inspectors
If you need other team members to view tickets within your account, you can enable Mobile Ticket Access.
To enable this feature:
- Go to your account settings: Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then select "Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Pull up Features: Click “Features” in the left-hand sidebar. On the Features page, check the box for “Mobile Ticket Access.”
