Create a New Number Picker Rating

Adding a number picker to a form allows inspectors to report numbers during inspections. You might add a number picture to track inventory, temperatures, or ATP ratings, for instance.

1. Access your ratings: Click the “Setup” tab and then click on “Ratings” in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Create new rating: In the upper right-hand corner click "New Rating," then select “Number Picker” from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Customize the Number Picker: Choose a name for the new rating. You can also optionally customize the prefix and suffix for the number. For instance, if you want to use the number picker to track inventory, you might add a suffix such as “units”; for temperature, you might choose “degrees Celsius” or “degrees Fahrenheit.”
4. Click "Save": You’ll now be able to select your new rating when you add line items to any form!
