Customize Ratings

Inspectors choose a rating for each line item when they perform an inspection. You can customize the ratings however you’d like.

To see your current options, click the “Setup” tab and then on “Ratings” in the left-hand sidebar. (If you have a new account, you already have some pre-loaded rating systems, including 1–3 and 1–5 ratings and a pass/fail option.)
