Create a Ticket on the Website

  1. Bring up your ticket inbox: Click on the “Tickets” tab.
  2. Create a new ticket: Click the “+ New” button in the upper-right hand corner.

  3. Fill out the ticket: Fill out the form to create the new ticket, adding whatever details you need for the job to get done right. Don’t forget that you can add attachments if a photo or file will be helpful.
  4. Click “Save.” You’re done! The ticket will now appear in either your regular Inbox or the Future section. If you ever need to edit the ticket itself, you can click on the ticket in the inbox, then click “Edit” in the right-hand corner. It will bring you back to the same form you just filled out.
Pro Tip! You can also set due dates on tickets.
