Your Login URL and Account Name
Your OrangeQC account is accessible via your custom login URL, which was created when you registered for your account. Your login URL is made up of your account name followed by the OrangeQC.com domain and will be used by all of your users in your account.
- Example account name: myteamname
- Example login URL: https://myteamname.orangeqc.com
We recommend making your account name short and memorable. If you have trouble finding your account name, we recommend please contacting the person who provided you with login credentials.
Changing Your Login URL or Account Name
If your login URL is too long or too complex, you can have it changed by emailing us at support@orangeqc.com with the new account name.
Once your domain name is changed, you'll have to reset all devices in the field so they correspond to the new account name. Make sure to coordinate with us about the best time to do this.
